Nursing Care Of Child under Phototherapy
1. Have the infant completely undressed so entire skin surface is exposed to light
2. Keep the infant eyes covered
3. Develop systemic schedules of turning infant every 2 hourly
4. Maintain the temperature
5. Maintain hydration
6. Monitor bilirubin level
